Patients will feel comfortable as soon as they walk in the door. Every Fastbraces® office
has a professional decor and relaxing music playing in the background to help
make one’s visit a pleasant experience. Treatment at each Fastbraces® location
is preformed by general dentists and clinical staff chosen by Dr. Viazis for
their outstanding patient service, technical skill, and friendly personality.
Each one is trained by Dr. Viazis in the use of our patented braces. Our doctors
and staff are truly dedicated. We strive to be the best. It’s something we
work hard at constantly. At Fastbraces®, we follow systems and checklists
that ensure consistent results. We are proud of our company culture, our focus
on the patient, and our passion for attention to detail. After each visit to
one of our offices, a treatment evaluation is sent to the patient’s home inquiring
about the service received during their visit, and at the end of treatment,
each patient is asked to fill out a final questionnaire. We believe that patient
feedback is essential in improving our service and enhancing the treatment
experience. Patients find that our intensive focus on safety and service, and
our sensitivity to their comfort, really makes their experience at Fastbraces® an
enjoyable one.
Convenience
We know patients have a busy schedule. Between school, work and other activities,
it’s easy to get frustrated with long waits and inconvenient hours. Fastbraces® locations
are centrally located, and we tailor our workday around the patient’s workday,
with hours beginning in the afternoon and going well into the evening.
Quality Assurance
Fastbraces® has a unique quality assurance program in place that allows
it to monitor the application of its proprietary, patented bracket system by
the doctors that use it within the Fastbraces®
organization, and measure the satisfaction level of the end user, the
patient. We follow a formal process by which every bracket on every tooth on
every patient is checked by our home office in Plano, Texas at every appointment.
This daily inspection system defines the process and checks the implementation
of the procedures needed to ensure the expected treatment outcomes. At the
same time, we obtain data by seeking direct patient feedback with daily written
communication, as well as end-of-treatment evaluation. The combination of monitoring
the bracket product application with patient satisfaction allows us to continually
improve and simplify our systems, processes and procedures, taking corrective
action as needed. This ensures a culture of constant improvement. This quality
assurance program allows the doctor to retain control over the treatment, with
feedback on the adherence to proscribed braces application protocols, along
with patient feedback, in order to make adjustments as needed for a successful
outcome.
Continuous Learning
At Fastbraces®, our doctors and staff receive ongoing training on our
services in order to maintain our culture of continuous improvement. This involves
seminars, training programs and conference calls.
