Chad Caffall, D.D.S. earned his undergraduate degree from Arizona State University in 2002, and by 2005 he had completed the doctorate program at the University of the Pacific. Dr. Caffall has continued his education through specialized courses at the Seattle Institute of Advanced Dental Education and the Levin Institute.
