Dr. Hornyak earned his undergraduate degree from Cleveland State University in 1983. Broadening his education, he received his dental degree at the Western Reserve University School of Dental in 1987.
Dr. Hornyak’s strong commitment to continuing his education and learning to utilize the most effective technology, enable him to provide excellent care to his patients.

Dr. Hylan received an associate’s degree from Washington and Jefferson College in 1973 and his undergraduate degree from Ohio State University in 1975. Broadening his education, he received his dental degree at the Western Reserve University School of Dental Medicine in Cleveland and he is currently a member of the Cleveland Dental Society, the Ohio Dental Association, the American Dental Association, the National Honor Society, Alpha Omega, and the Phi Eta Sigma Honor Society. He has also earned the Summa Award for superior Scholarship and a Certificate from the Northeast Regional Board of Dental Examiners. Dr. Hylan strives to provide comprehensive care through constantly staying abreast of the most effective technologies.
