Getting that dynamic smile

At Fastbraces®, the vast majority of orthodontic cases we encounter have minor, moderate or severe crowding or spacing, which can usually be treated with non-extraction modalities with our patented braces in about a year. The effectiveness of our services relies on our ability to predict, with a high degree of accuracy, the number of visits needed to bring the case to conclusion. This can only be achieved when all of the permanent teeth have come in, and the patient does not have severe jaw or TMJ discrepancies. Thus, impacted teeth, TMJ, jaw discrepancies or other complex cases may require more specialized services, and will be referred for multidisciplinary care. On the other hand, a young patient with baby teeth still present who has severe crowding and arch length discrepancies, can be successfully treated at Fastbraces® by using expander therapy to widen the dental arches and help the permanent teeth come into a broader arch form with potentially less crowding.
